Hi! My name is Sabria - so nice to meet you! Growing up in Prince George’s County, I developed a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families in need. I have experience in case management, crisis intervention, and providing services to people with special needs. These experiences have reinforced my dedication to empowering individuals and helping them navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ concerns, career challenges, life transitions, and supporting children with special needs. I work with clients ages 5 and up and am currently working toward my certification in play therapy to better support children and adolescents.

​I strongly believe in holistic, person-centered therapeutic approaches, making sure each client’s unique needs and experiences guide the work we do together. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported throughout their mental health journey. I look forward to working with you!
