About Ally:

Hi, my name is Ally! It's wonderful to meet you!

I have professional experience working with young children, mothers, college students, and older adults. These experiences motivate me to work with adults who experience depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and self-esteem issues. Life transitions can be challenging, and I am here to support those navigating a difficult or unexpected transition. The modalities that I utilize most include ACT, CBT, and mindfulness.

In the therapeutic relationship, I value warmth, patience, curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I approach the therapy space from a multicultural, trauma-informed, and person-centered lens. I am committed to meeting you where you are at and value each person's individual journey. My goal is to help guide your growth, healing, and fulfillment through a collaborative process.

I look forward to getting to know you!
