About Rachel:

Hi! I’m Rachel, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I work with individuals navigating low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, and loneliness. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existential theory, solution-focused, and narrative therapy. Together, we’ll work to better understand your thoughts, build coping skills, and make meaning of your experiences.

With a background in the arts, along with training as a certified yoga instructor and photographer, I value creativity and embodiment as powerful tools for healing. I enjoy exploring emotions through conversation, creativity, and movement, and I tailor our work to align with what feels most supportive for you.

I am committed to creating a non-judgmental space where you can process whatever life brings your way. Your goals guide our work, and together we will focus on building resilience, self-awareness, and the capacity to navigate life’s challenges- so you can move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount University.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
