About Nicole:

Hi, I’m Nicole!

I have experience working with college students and young adults navigating challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I’m especially passionate about supporting young adults (18+) as they navigate life transitions, explore their identities, and build the confidence to move forward in their lives. My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and supported.

My approach is rooted in humanistic theory, which means I believe therapy is a collaborative process—you lead, and I meet you where you are. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems approaches to create a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.

I believe that healing begins with connection and that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Towson.

I can’t wait to build that connection with you and support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
