Hi! I'm Samantha, and I'm so excited to be part of the Youthrive team!

I am a Sophomore at the University of Maryland, College Park, studying Marketing and Operations Management & Business Analytics. At Maryland, I am involved with our Women in Business club, serve as Public Relations Chair at Terp Thon (Dance Marathon on Campus), and am a Social Media Intern at Maryland Athletics. Through these experiences, I have discovered how much I enjoy telling meaningful stories and bringing organizations’ missions to life through creative and strategic marketing.

For starters, my connection to the mental health field is deeply personal, as my mom is a therapist. Growing up around conversations focused on empathy, growth, and support showed me how powerful thoughtful care and communication can be. It also shaped my belief that marketing in the mental health space should feel authentic and human. When I learned about the opportunity to assist Thrive Therapy MD with a full rebrand and ongoing marketing efforts, I was excited by the chance to combine my academic interests with work that truly makes a difference.

I have loved being part of the Thrive rebrand, from updating the website to helping create a brand presence that feels warm, modern, and inviting. I am excited to continue my journey with Youthrive and support its mission through creative marketing that helps individuals and families feel comfortable and supported all by a simple click.
