About Ben:

Hi! I’m Ben! Thank you for being here.

I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples — especially around relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and neurodivergence. My style is person-centered and grounded in an interpersonal process approach, and I also draw on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) techniques to help clients explore themselves and their connections with others.

What drew me to counseling is a genuine curiosity about people’s stories and a care for helping them deepen their understanding, internally and relationally. If I’m not in the office, I’m likely to be outdoors, hiking, camping, or skiing with friends and family. I strive to bring that same grounded, down-to-earth energy into the therapy room, creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard.

Can’t wait to meet you!

Ben
